It’s not the best, it’s not that bad as well. It’s okay. Positive: It’s spacious. It’s close to WTC mall. Negative: The refrigerator is broken, they sent a technician to check but didn’t fixed. So our goods went to waste, it was supposed to be a chill stay to relax but it’s the opposite. And it’s a residential area so if you plan to have a karaoke night, better not.

Excelent choice in Abu Dhabi Positive: Everything

Positive: Spacious Negative: AC is not working at all

Good position, poor management Positive: Location is good, nice veiw from the windows, large rooms. Negative: The owners were not available once we arrived in Abu Dhabi, we had some problems to find the building (not only us, but even the driver who war carrying us). I tried to contact them via whatsapp and via telephone, but no one replied. We found the building, had problems with the Opening code... and disovered that the guy at the lobby knew it! During the whole staying we asked to change the code, but it was not done. This is not a safe managment. The apartment was dirty, under the beds it was full of hair, and wardrobes full of dust. The bathrooms were without curtains. I asked to have them put, and the second evening of our staying there were installed. I had asked also for an extracleaning, but it was not done (the property manager ensured us that the celaining would have been done at his presence, while we were out during the day, but it did not happen...). The apartment is well located and very large, but it should be managed much better.
